| 摘 要： | 以选育南方蚕区多丝量家蚕品种为目标，采用杂交育种、定向培育，结合系统选择等方法，历经８年，育成了强健、茧丝量高、丝质优良的日系蚕品种８Ｂ，驯化了从中国农业科学院蚕业研究所引进的５４Ａ、丰一、苏花３个原种，组配成夏协一号，即花·丰×８Ｂ·５Ａ的四元杂交组合，经多次鉴定、中试，结果表明：该品种强健好养、茧层率２３．６２％，鲜毛茧出丝率１７．８３％、茧丝长１１５６．１ｍ，解舒率７５．１％、净度９４．９分，纤度适中，繁殖系数高。适应南方蚕区夏秋期及两广春秋期饲养。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of breeding a new high-sik-yielding sjkworm variety used in southern region, by using the methods of hybridization,directive breeding and line selection, through 8 years selection and breeding,we have bred a Japanese strain variety“8B”which is vigour ous and has high silk yeild and good quality. Three parental stocks namely“ 54A”,“Feng1”,and “ Suhua”were introduced from Sericulture Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. By using the above parental materials ,we obtained a four-element hybridized combination“Xiaxie 1”,or“Hua·Feng ×8B ·5A”,This bybrid has been identified in laboratory and reared in coutryside many times.The results showed that silkworms of this new variety are strong and healthy,its cocoon shell rate reaches 23.6%, raw silk ratio of fresh cocoon 17.83%,single cocoon filament length 1156.1 metres, reelability 75.19%, neatness 94.9 marks size is moderate and reproductive coefficient is high. |
