| 摘 要： | 研究了大豆黄酮对仔猪生产性能的影响,并对有关血液生化指标进行了分析,以探讨大豆黄酮对仔猪促生长机理。试验结果表明:添加大豆黄酮使仔猪平均日增重提高、料重比降低(P>0.05)。大豆黄酮20mg/kg组使血清T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+亚群比例均显著提高,各组CD4+/CD8+值、T淋巴细胞转化率有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。血清SUN浓度呈降低趋势(P>0.05)。20mg/kg组血清T3含量显著提高,10和30mg/kg组T3含量、各组血清T4含量、血清睾酮和雌二醇含量、血清皮质醇浓度均有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。血清MDA含量则呈降低势(P>0.05)。可见添加大豆黄酮可提高仔猪的生产性能,改善仔猪的细胞免疫水平和机体氧化状态。

| Abstract: | The effect of daidzein on growth performance of pigs and biochemical indexes of serum are studied.The results of the feeding trial indicates that adding daidzein improves pig's growth performance. Diarrhea ratio is tended to decrease. Adding daidzein 20 mg/kg significantly enhances CD4~+ and CD8~+ subgroup rate of T-lymphocyte in serum, CD4~+/CD8~+ of T-lymphocyte tends to increase ( P >0.05) also. Serum LBT of T-lymphocyte is tended to increase ( P >0.05). The concentration of T_3 significantly increases ( P <0.05). The concentration of T_4 in serum is tended to increase ( P >0.05). The level of testosterone, estradiol and cortisol in serum is tended to increase ( P >0.05). Adding daidzein can decrease the level of MDA ( P >0.05) respectively. |
