中国野桑蚕和家蚕的分子系统学研究

摘    要: 用分子生物学手段对11个地区的野桑蚕(Bombyx mandrina)和25个代表性家蚕(Bombyx mori)品种进行了分子系统学研究。野桑蚕与家蚕的DNA多态分析及其聚类分析结果进一步证实家蚕起源于中国野桑蚕。同时结合有关文献,作者提出了家蚕起源进化的新观点:家蚕可能是由多种生态类型(包括一化、二化、多化)混杂的野桑蚕驯化而来,其驯化之初就已拥有一化、二化、多化的遗传背景,其后几千年的人工饲养、选择才分离演化成为不同系统化性的家蚕品种。

Abstract:Molecular systematic stadies on mandarina silkworm(Bombyx mandarina M. ) in 11 regions and 25 representative Bombyx mori were conducied by molecular biology in the paper. The view that domestic silkworm originates from Chinese mandarina silkworm was further verified through the analysis of DNA polymorphism and cluster analysis between mandarina silkworm and domesticc silkworm. A new hypothesis was put forward while referring to other documents: Domestic silkworm probably originates from mandarina silkworm with many ecological types (including monovoltinism, bivoltinism and multivoltinism ), and it has a univoltine heredity background before being tamed. It evolved into domestic silkworm with different strains and voltinisms through domestic rearing and selection for thousands of years.
