高含量除虫菊素品种--云除1号的研究

摘    要:为了获取适宜在云南推广的高含量除虫菊素优良品种,从国外引进的8份除虫菊(Pyrethrum cirterariaefolium Trev)种质材料中,经组培快繁后,在云南省昆明、曲靖、楚雄、大理等地开展了组培苗的种植与品种选育研究,并经产量测定、含量分析和药效试验。结果表明:从中选育出来的“云除1号’’除虫茵的品种,其产量达120kg/667m^2以上。除虫菊酯含量超过1.4%,杀虫效果为99.1%,接近植物杀虫剂CT系列标准2.5%功夫(EC)杀虫效果99.6%。并具有快速、高效、无毒等特点。

Abstract:In order to obtain the high content Pyrethrum cinerariaefolium Trev improved seeds that popularizes in Yunnan,Eight lines of Pyrethrum cinerariaefolium Trev were imported from America, Japan and Kenya. After being rapid propagated, the plantlets of tissue culture were cultivated in the area of Kunming, Qujin, Chuxiong and Dali, Yunnan Province. The variety selection was also conducted by yield determination, pyrethrin content analysis and pesticide controlling experiment. A new cultivar Yunchu No.1 with yield of over 1 800 kg/hm~2 and pyrethrin content over 1.4% was selected and bred. The insecticidal effect of Yunchu No.1 was 99.1%, which is as effective as 99.6% of that of 2.5% Cyhalothrin. It is rapid, high effective and harmless.
