摘    要:利用文献1]自行研制的振动试验台,对拖拉机丰收180-3变速箱振动性能进行检测,证明了齿轮系统振动的主要激励源是轮齿的啮合力.利用试验数据找到了振动与转速的关系、振动与负载的关系和振动与齿轮精度的关系.通过对振动的频谱图分析,得到振动噪声的能量主要集中于齿轮的啮合频率及其倍频处,因此轮齿的啮合冲击是主要的振动、噪声源.为此,提出提高齿轮的精度,对降低齿轮的振动和噪声有良好的作用.

Abstract:Use of the literature 1]the vibration test equipment,the tractor FS180-3 gearbox vibration detection performance.Proved the main gear system vibration excitation source of gear vibration is the meshing of the tooth.Use vibration test data and found the relationship between vibration and speed,vibration and load,vibration and accuracy of the relationship between the gear.Through the vibration spectrum analysis,vibration and noise are mainly concentrated in the energy:the meshing gears and frequency multiplier,therefore the meshing tooth is the main impact of vibration and noise source.Improve the accuracy of gears is good approach to reduce the vibration.
