烤烟不同叶位叶片的化学成分变化规律研究

摘    要:在同一品种、同一施肥水平、同一栽培条件下,对烤烟不同叶位叶片的化学成分变化规律进行研究.结果表明:(1)不同叶位叶片的非金属无机元素含量P叶位间变化程度最小,B、Cl叶位间变化程度较小,S叶位间变化程度最大;叶位与叶片的非金属无机元素P、S、Cl、B含量不存在相关性.(2)不同叶位叶片的金属无机元素含量K叶位间变化程度最小;Ca、Mg叶位间变化程度较小,Cu、Mn含量叶位间变化程度较大,Zn叶位间变化程度最大;叶位与叶片的金属无机元素Ca含量呈极显著负相关;与K含量呈极显著强负相关,;与Cu含量呈极显著正相关;与Mg含量呈显著负相关;与Mn、Zn含量不存在相关性.(3)不同叶位叶片的有机成分含量总糖叶位间变化程度最小,总氮的叶位间变化程度较小,烟碱含量叶位间变化程度最大;,叶位与叶片的有机成分总氮含量呈极显著强正相关,与总糖、烟碱含量不存在相关性;与氮碱比、糖碱比(烟叶品质指数)均呈极显著强负相关.

Abstract:We studied the change of chemical components in different leaf-position leaves of flue-cured tobacco which were the same breed and grew at the same condition of fertilization standard and cultivation. The results indicated that the content of B and Cl change more than that of metolloid ignorganic elements P, but less than S content in different stalk position leaves, there was no correlation between the leaf-position and the content of metolloid ignorganic elements P, S, Cl, B in leaf blades. In different stalk position leaves, the content of Ca and Mg change more than that of K, but less than Cu and Mn content, the change degree of Zn was the biggest of all tested metal ignorganic elements. There existed extreme significant negative correlation between the leaf-position and Ca and K content, extreme significant positive correlation was existed between the leaf-position and the content of Cu, and the leaf-position was significant negative correlation with Mg content, but was no correlation with Mn and Zn. Of all tested organic component content in different stalk position leaves, the content of total nitrogen change more than that of total sugar, but less than nicotine content. The leaf-position was extreme significant positive correlation with total mitrogen content, but was no correlation with total sugar and nicotine, and was extreme significant negative correlation with nitrogen nicotine rate and sugar nicotine rate.
