摘    要:以微波预处理水浸取茶籽油后的茶粕为原料,采用超声波—乙醇法,通过因素分析及正交试验,研究皂素的提取并获得了最佳工艺,为微波预处理水浸取茶籽油技术应用延伸提供理论依据,提升该技术的应用价值。

Abstract:With the residue that after extracted oil of C. oleifera seed by microwave pretreatment water extraction method as materials, by ultrasonic—ethanol extraction method, through single factors analysis and orthogonal test, the best extraction technology of saponin were obtained. It provided a theoretical basis for the extended application of the technology of microwave pretreatment water extraction method, and enhanced the application value of this technology.
