摘    要:采用食下毒叶法测定和比较了有机磷农药毒死蜱对14个不同品种家蚕的室内急性毒性,结果表明: 对毒死蜱敏感性较强的家蚕品种有皓月和7532,其96h LC50分别为1842 6和2145 2 mg·L-1;敏感性较弱的蚕品种有春晓、浙蕾、872、限2和871,其96h LC50为2993 7~3347 1 mg·L-1;敏感性弱的蚕品种有秋实、白玉、CA、菁松、JA、芙蓉和湘晖,其96h LC50为3519 0~4566 5 mg·L-1。说明不同品种的家蚕对农药毒死蜱的敏感性不同,其中皓月和7532对毒死蜱最为敏感。

Abstract:Acute toxicities of chlorpyrifos to 14 different hybrids of silkworm (Bombyx mori) were evaluated in the laboratory using the leaf dipping method. Results showed that the 96h LC50 of chlorpyrifos to Haoyue and 7532 were 18426 and 21452 mg·L-1 respectively. While the 96h LC50 of chlorpyrifos to Chunxiao, Zhelei, 872, Xian 2 and 871 were between 29937-33471 mg·L-1 and to Qiushi, Baiyu, CA, Jingsong, JA, Furong and Xianghui were between 3519-45665 mg·L-1, respectively. It is indicated that the toxicities of chlorpyrifos to different hybrids of silkworm were different, and the two hybrids of silkworm Haoyue and 7532 were most sensitive.
