| 摘 要： | 以国家统计局发布的1995～2006年度统计数据为基础，采用基于C—D生产函数的增长速度测算模型，测定云南省农业科技进步贡献率为32．88％。提出加快云南省农业科技进步速度，提高农业科技进步贡献率的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the data from 1995 to 2006 released by the China Statistical Bureau, this paper calculates and analyzes the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Yunnan Province reached to 32. 88% by means of Cobb-Douglas production function. And then the authors bring forward the suggestions that speed up agricultural scientific and technological progress and boost the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Yunnan Province. |
