性信息干扰素防治棉红铃虫、棉铃虫试验研究

摘    要:用大区对比法 ,对PB ROPEL和AB ROPEL防治棉花害虫的效果进行了研究。试验结果表明 :PB ROPEL和AB ROPEL对棉红铃虫、棉铃虫成虫干扰效果分别为 98.5 5 %~ 10 0 %和 99.7% ;AB ROPEL应用区蕾铃受害下降 0 .73 %~ 10 .2 0 % ;PB ROPEL控制虫害花效果为 5 3 .2 8%~ 87.79% ;控制青铃受害效果为 44.0 0 %~ 75 .3 1% ;控制单铃虫道效果为 5 1.6 1%~ 77.78% ;同时 ,2种药剂应用区害虫天敌总量较对照增加 1.3 3~ 1.98倍 ;化防次数减少 5~ 10次 ;防治总费用下降 9.72 %~ 5 2 .0 8% ;产量增加 16 .90 %~3 4 .85 %。

Abstract:The experiment in the control of cotton boll worm, and pink boll worm with PB-ROPEL and AB-ROPEL was carried out. The result showed the controlling efficiency was 99.7% and 98.55%~100% respectively. The rate of cotton boll damaged was reduced to 0.73%~10.20%. The controlling efficiency of cotton flower damaged by insect was 53.28%~87.79% and the natural enemy increased 1.33~ 1.98 times in the experimental plot more than that in check plot, 5~10 times of chemical treatment were reduced, 9.72%~52.08% of total expend in the insects control was saved and 16.9%~34.85% of cotton yield was increased.
