我国现用水稻广亲和性测验品种的亲和性分析

摘    要: 通过我国现用水稻广亲和性测验品种间杂种F#-1以及测验品种与其它籼、粳稻品种间杂种F#-1的育性测验,分析了水稻各个亲和性测验品种的亲和性。初步确定,粳型测验品种与一般籼稻品种的亲和性以巴利拉为最低,其次为秋光和有芒早沙粳;籼型测验品种与一般粳稻品种的亲和性以南特号为最低,其次为南京11号和IR36。籼、粳测验品种亲和性的高低可作为该品种对粳、籼品种鉴别力的一个指标。

Abstract:In 1987, 6 rice varieties were proposed as standard testers for screening wide com. patibility varieties. They consisted of 3 varieties of japonica rice (Youmangzaoshajing from Jiangsu, China; Balilla from Italy and Akihikari from Japan) and 3 varieties of indica rice (Nantehao from Jiangxi, China; Nanjing 11 from Jiangsu, China and IR36 from Philippines). An investigation was made to analyze the compatibility type for each tester from 1987 to 1989 through the fertility of F_1 between tester varieties and 20 eommertial varieties and the F_1 of different tester varieties as well. The lowest fertility was commonly found in F_1 when Balilla (japonica)was crossed with indica rice, or Nantehao (indica) crossed with japonica rice. On the other hand, moderate sterility often occurred in F_1 between indica rice and japonica rice when Youmangzaoshajing(japonica) or IR36 (indica) was used as a parent. It is postulated that the sterility of F_1 of the testers in various crosses could be served as a score to distinguish compatibility types of rice.
