摘    要: 用室内培养和塑料管柱模拟试验研究了尿素水解与土壤脲酶活性的关系,以及灌水对土壤脲酶活性和尿素在土壤剖面中分布及水解的影响,据此提出了以灌水深贮尿素的施肥措施,用冬小麦进行了温室土柱试验的初步验证。结果表明,以水深贮尿素可提高小麦生物产量,增加氮素吸收,促进深层根系的生长。

Abstract:A new urea application technique, deep placement of urea with irrigation water, was proposed based on incubation and simulation studies on the relationship between urea hydrolysis and urease activity, and the effects of irrigation on soil urease activity, urea distribution and hydrolysis in soil profile. The new technique was tested preliminarily with winter wheat by using plastic column under greenhouse conditions and showed increases in winter wheat hio-yield, N absorption and root growth in subsoil. It is expected that this technique can be used as one of the convenient and economical methods for urea application on irrigated land.
