| 摘 要： | 建立了一种简单、快速测定虫螨腈在水果中残留量的气相色谱分析法。桃制备样品经提取、净化后用带有ECD检测器的气相色谱仪检测虫螨腈的残留量，仪器的最小检出限为1．0×10^-12g，最低检出浓度为0．005mg／kg，样本添加回收率为86．9％～108．4％，精密度试验结果表明变异系数为2．8％-5．7％。

| Abstract: | A simple and rapid method was constructed to determine the chlorfenapyr in peach.After extraction and cleaned up,the peach samples were determined by GC with ECD.The sensitivity of 1.0×10-12 g for ECD and 0.005 mg/kg for this method.The recovery rates of chlorfenapyr standard solutions added in peach samples were 86.9%~108.4%,and the coefficients of variation were 2.8%~5.7%. |
