鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲的生物活性

摘    要:研究鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲的杀虫活性,采用胃毒法和触杀法测定鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲5龄幼虫的生物活性和采用触杀法测定鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲卵的毒杀活性。结果表明,鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲5龄幼虫具有很强的毒杀作用,24h和48h的LC50值分别为5.315、1.681mg/L。对椰心叶甲卵也有显著的毒杀作用,在供试浓度为5~20mg/L时,对椰心叶甲卵孵化率和幼虫存活率均在50%以下。鱼藤酮对椰心叶甲5龄幼虫的触杀作用较差,其24h和48h的LC50值分别为23.68、16.24mg/L。
