17个番木瓜品种(系)的RAPD分析

摘    要:利用RAPD技术,从214个引物中筛选出能稳定扩增的16个引物,对17个番木瓜品种(系)进行了扩增,共扩增出120条谱带,77条具有多态性,多态性比例占64.17%.根据RAPD扩增结果,采用非加权成对平均数算法(UPGMA)对17个番木瓜品种(系)进行了聚类分析,结果表明,其遗传距离在0.06-0.23之间,在0.17水平上可以分为4类.

Abstract:In this study,16 primers selected from 214 random primers were used to amplify the DNA of 17 papaya cultivars/lines.A total of 120 bands were obtained,of which 77 were polymorphic,accounting for 64.17% of the total.According to the RAPD data,a dendrogram obtained with the unweighted pair group method of averages(UPGMA)showed that the genetic distance of the 17 accessions ranged from 0.06 to 0.23,and four clusters were defined at the genetic distance 0.17.
