| 摘 要： | 本文分析了农民工的生存与社会保障问题,建立农民工社会保障制度首先要改变农民工的生存现状,明确建立农民工社会保障制度的目的和落脚点,进而抓好相应配套措施的落实,建立农民工社会保障制度应循序渐进,逐渐健全。
