石油-重金属复合污染土壤的微生物修复研究

摘    要:以山东省黄河三角洲孤岛油区石油-重金属复合污染盐碱土为研究对象,通过测定土壤在不同时期的脱氢酶活性、微生物生物量碳、石油烃含量,研究了微生物在石油-重金属复合污染盐碱土修复过程中降解石油的作用。研究结果表明:微生物能促进石油烃的降解,60d后,添加降解菌的实验组和未添加降解菌的对照组石油烃平均降解率分别为45.60%和17.57%。加菌的实验组微生物活性高于对照组,15d时土壤脱氢酶活性实验组比对照组高出25.98%,微生物生物量碳实验组比对照组高出43.76%。

Abstract:The Yellow River Delta, Shandong Province island oil region soil is taken to study the role of mi-crobes of that in petroleum degradation in petroleum--heavy metals contaminated soil during the repairing process, by measuring the soil dehydrogenase activity at different times, microbial biomass carbon and pe-troleum hydrocarbon. The results show that microorganism can promote the degradation of petroleum hy-drocarbon. After 60 days, the averagedegradation rate of petroleum of the experimental group and control group is respectively 45.60% and 17.57%. In the 15st day, thepetroleum dehydrogenase activity in the ex-perimental group is 25.98% higher than the control group. The microbial biomass carbon in the experimen-tal group is 43.76% higher thanthe control group.
