番茄叶霉病菌分生孢子生物学特性研究

摘    要:番茄叶霉病菌分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为4.0~5.0。相对湿度小于86%时孢子不萌发,病菌在PSA培养基上产孢量最大。分生孢子的致死温度为45℃5min,孢子可在地表或浅土层中的病残体上越冬。

Abstract:The optimum temperature for the germination of the spore of Fulvia fulve (Cooke) Ciferri was 25, and pH value was 4.0-5.0. The spore did not germinate when RH was less than 86% or when it was insulated from air. The number of sporulation reached the highest on PSA medium. The pathogen began to sporulate on the fourth day after inoculation on PSA medium and reached its maximum on the thirteenth day. The thermal death point of the spore was 45 for 5 minutes. The leaves on the ground or in the upper layer of soil might be the place where the spore overwintered.
