云芝葡聚糖对小麦黄矮病的防治

摘    要:为明确云芝葡聚糖对小麦黄矮病的预防和治疗效果,初步探讨其作用机制,通过室内盆栽及大田试验测定了其对小麦黄矮病的防治效果,并测定了不同浓度处理下小麦防御酶系活性的动态变化。结果表明,室内盆栽试验中云芝葡聚糖对小麦黄矮病具有较好的预防和治疗效果,其中以云芝葡聚糖100、300倍液的预防效果最为理想,防效可达66.67%和65.41%。云芝葡聚糖对田间小麦黄矮病的发生可起到一定的预防作用,其中100和300倍液的防效分别达58.63%和57.59%,保产效果分别达22.91%和22.57%,且相比对照药剂,产量提高10%以上。同时,云芝葡聚糖可诱导小麦快速且显著提高其防御酶活性,是清水对照组的2~5倍。表明云芝葡聚糖可作为免疫调节剂诱导植物自身产生抗病反应,从而起到保护寄主植物的作用。

Abstract:Indoor and field experiments were conducted to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effect of 1.1% Trametes versicolor dextran on wheat yellow dwarf caused by Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV), In addition, the activity of wheat defensive enzymes was determined to understand the mechanism of the protective effect of dextran treatment. The indoor experiment showed that T. versicolor dextran had better preventive and therapeutic efficacy to wheat yellow dwarf, and the preventive efficacies were up to 66.67% and 65.41% when solutions of 100 and 300 fold of dilution were applied. In field tests the preventive efficacies of the two treatments were up to 58.63% and 57.59%, respectively; the yield of wheat production increased by 22.91% and 22.57%, respectively, compared to water treated control, and it increased by over 10%, compared to chemical treatments commonly used for the disease control. The dextran treatment could also induce quickly and significantly the activity of wheat defensive enzymes as 2-5 times as that of control treatment, indicating that T. versicolor dextran could protect host plant by inducing disease resistance as a regulator of immunity.
