| 摘 要： | 利用黑龙江省农业近十几年的统计数据,构建黑龙江省农业柯布道格拉斯生产函数和索洛方程,测算科技进步率,考察资本、劳动、土地、技术对于黑龙江省农业总产值贡献的大小,结合黑龙江省农业发展的实际,分析黑龙江省农业的发展现状和存在问题,对黑龙江省农业今后的发展提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Base on more than ten years data of Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture development, set up Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture C-D production function and Solow equation in order to figure out the speed of technology progress and investigate the coutibution to Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture GDP of the cost, the labour,the land and the technology. Combine the result with the practice of Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture development, analyse the current situation and existed problems of Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture development. At last, give the policy suggestions of Heilongjiang province＇s agriculture development in future. |
