| 摘 要： | 法律风险作为物流管理所面临的重要风险融入高职“物流法律法规”课程进行教学具有重要意义,但目前的“物流法律法规”课程教学却将其忽略了,这不利于学生的法律综合实践能力培养.在教学实践中,从课程定位、教学内容设计以及教学实施保障等方面将法律风险融入物流管理专业“物流法律法规”课程,对实现高职教学目标具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | It was important that we integrated the legal risk as logistics management facing into higher vocational logistics laws and regulations course. However the legal risk was neglected in the reality of the logistics laws and regulations curriculum, which was not good for the ability training of the students＇ comprehensive practical. During the course of teaching practice, we integrated legal risk into logistics laws and regulations curriculum from the course orientation, teaching content design and teaching implementation, which was important to realize high vocational teaching goals. |
