摘    要:土壤有效磷含量低是影响作物生长的重要限制因素之一。作物根分泌有机酸活化难溶性磷对改善其磷素营养具有重要意义。以9个紫云英品种为研究对象,采用土培原位方法收集紫云英根系分泌物(有机酸),利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定分泌物中有机酸成分及含量。结果表明,紫云英根系分泌草酸、苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸等,品种之间差异明显,但个别品种有机酸变异系数较大。紫云英根系分泌的苹果酸、琥珀酸与生物量拟合相关系数差异达到极显著水平,呈极显著正相关。因此,所分泌的苹果酸和琥珀酸含量的高低可以一定程度上表征紫云英生物量高低。另外,紫云英根系分泌的有机酸总量与生物量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。因此,有机酸分泌的高低,尤其是苹果酸、琥珀酸对紫云英植株生长及生物量影响显著。

Abstract:A low soil phosphorus content is one of the most important limiting factors affecting crop growth. Root exudations of organic acids which can activate insoluble phosphate have an important effect on enhancing crop P nutrition. Nine Chinese milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus) species were selected as research objects using soil culture in-situ methods to collect root exudates (organic acids) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to measure organic acid compositions and contents. Chinese milk vetch root exudates contain oxalic acid,malic acid,lactic acid,acetic acid,and succinic acid. There were significant differences between species,but the coefficient of individual species had large variations. There were significant positive correlations between malic acid and biomass,and between succinic acid and biomass. Thus,to some extent,the amount of malic and succinic acid secretion could represent the level of Chinese milk vetch biomass. In addition,the correlation between the total amount of organic acids and biomass was significantly (P<0.05) positive. Therefore,the level of exudation of organic acids,malic and succinic acids in particular,has a significant impact on Chinese milk vetch plant growth and biomass.
