| 摘 要： | 到目前为止,在全球荒漠生态系统中,共报道了69个科389种丛枝菌根真菌的寄主植物,其中,Compositae,Gramineae和Leguminosae 3个科的植物为荒漠生态系统中丛枝菌根真菌寄主植物的优势类群;共发表了7个属的89种丛枝菌根真菌,其中,Acaulospora和Glomus 属的真菌为荒漠生态系统中的优势类群.在此基础上,分析了荒漠生态系统中AM真菌多样性研究中存在的问题,并探讨了荒漠生态系统中AM真菌的研究方向.

| Abstract: | Desertification is one of the global critical problems,and it is not only a serious environmental problem,but also causes a lot of social and ecological problems.Therefore,desertification control is an urgent global target.It is the most effective of regenerating ecology to improve and regenerate desert ecosystems.Regeneration of desert ecosystems by applying the technology of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is effective,economical and viable,and some projects have been successfully implemented in the world.In this paper,the biodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and their host plants in desert ecosystems is summarized.So far 389 plant species in 70 families are reported as the host plants in desert ecosystems all over the world.Among them the plants in Compositae,Gramineae and Leguminosae are the dominant host plants of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in desert ecosystems.Eighty-nine species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in 7 genera including Acaulospora,Archaeopora,Entrophospora,Gigaspora,Glomus,Paraglomusand Scutellosporain desert ecosystems have been published,and the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in Acaulosporaand Glomusgenera are the dominant fungi.On which the problems and the possible future trends in the study of the biodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in desert ecosystems are also briefly discussed. |
