小菜蛾室内继代饲养技术及抗性选育

摘    要:比较了甘蓝饲养笼法与甘蓝饲养箱法对饲养小菜蛾的差异,结果表明,用甘蓝饲养笼法饲养的小菜蛾种群产卵量高,发育更整齐。同时,用CrylAc毒蛋白及Bt制剂对小菜蛾进行了室内抗性选育,获得CrylAc毒蛋白抗性倍数为804.60和1329.00的两个小菜蛾高抗性种群及Bt制剂抗性倍数为74.47的一个小菜蛾中抗性种群。

Abstract:The difference in effect of rearing-cage method and rearing-box method on diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella L. ) was compared. The results showed that the first one was better than the last one. Diamondback moth in the rearing cage had higher fecundity and more orderly development. Three resistant diamondback moth populations with resistance ratios of 804.60 and 1 329.00 folds to CrylAc and 74.47 folds to Bt preparation, respectively, were achieved by the selection with CrylAc toxin and Bt preparation.
