| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是在我国城乡发展失衡问题日益严峻的情况下所做出的必然选择,同时也是我国统筹城乡发展的战略决策思路逐步具体化的过程。与以往的乡村建设运动相比,社会主义新农村建设有着更加鲜明的特征和深刻的内涵,为三农问题的解决和统筹城乡发展的战略思路提供了具体的实施方向和路径选择。本文在对新农村建设内涵和目标的分析基础上提出了一个有关新农村建设的参考评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Building socialist new countryside is the inevitably choice which development imbalance of town and countryside has become more and more serious and the process of gradually achieving our plans construction during coordinates development of both and rural areas. Compares with the former village construction movement, the socialism new rural reconstruction has a more distinct characteristic and the profound connotation, provide the concrete implementation direction and the way choice for solution to tri-agricultural problem and strategic thinking of coordinate development of both and rural areas. This article proposed a related new rural reconstruction reference appraisal target system. |
