废纸制浆造纸废水的厌氧可处理性研究

摘    要:本文结合我国造纸工业实际,对废纸制浆造纸废水一般特性进行了研究。定量地描述了废水的污染负荷,同时用生物测试技术对废水的厌氧生化可降解性进行了相关测试。结果表明:1.废水的污染指标较高,应进行适当的处理后才可排放;2.废水pH满足厌氧反应器正常运行的要求;3.废水适于厌氧生物处理,其厌氧生物可降解性BD%在80%以上;废水悬浮物浓度高,但易于通过沉降法分离。此结果对于该类造纸工业废水治理工艺的选择、工程规模的确定及废水处理效果估计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Combined with the reality of papermaking industry,this study analyzed the characteristics of regenerated papermaking wastewater,and researched the anaerobic biodegradability of the wastewater using a new bioassay technique.The results indicated that 1.the wastewater had high concentration of contaminants,and it must be treated before discharge;2.Wastewater pH met anaerobic reactor's demand;3.The wastewater was able to use anaerobic biotreatment with the biodegradability above 80%;4.The concentration of suspended solids(SS) was high,but it could be separated through sedimentation.All these results have great value on choosing the treating process of the regenerated papermaking wastewater,determining the project scale,and estimating the effect of anaerobic treatment.
