| 摘 要： | 本文研究了水霉病的发病条件，病原分离和防治药物，结果表明：水霉病主要发生在１￣４月份，水温和机械损伤是水霉病发生的主要条件，孔雀石绿对水霉菌抑菌，杀菌效果最佳，其安全浓度为０．１３ｐｐｍ。生产中与甲醛，敌百虫和食盐结合使用，效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Saprolegniasis of cammon carp cultured in net-cage-boat occurs from Jan. to Apr. in Chongging. The main cause of the disease is the low water temperature and the injuries of fish skin. Malachite green can control the pathogen and its sage concentration to common carp is 0. 13ppm. The combination use of malachite green with formalin, dipterex or common salt can prevent and treat the disease efficiently. |
