摘    要:‘巫溪晚脆李’是从地方青脆李实生变异植株中选育出的成熟较晚、果型端庄、肉质脆嫩、离核味甜的青脆李新品种。该品种树势强健,生长快,比本地酒泉香脆李晚25d-30d,在巫溪海拔1100m区域成熟时间在八月中旬。果实较大,近圆形,平均纵径4.2cm、横径4.74cm,单果重58.7g。果皮绿色或黄绿色,皮中等厚,果点明显,果粉厚,白色。果顶略凹。果肉绿黄色,肉质硬脆,汁多味香,脆嫩,纯甜适口。可溶性固形物含量12%-15%,可滴定酸0.71%-0.84%,Vc含量1.56 mg/100g-2.85mg/100g,果核小,离核,呈扁圆形,果实可食率达97.83%-97.91%。无明显采前裂果和果内流胶,晚熟,丰产,果实硬熟时肉质松脆,但软熟后出现肉变粉质、硬度下降现象,常温下不耐贮运。耐高温高湿和寡日照气候,适应性好,适宜在重庆海拔在500m-1300m的山地地区发展。

Breeding of a new plum variety
Abstract:"Jinshan late Crisp Plum" is a new late ripening plum variety with elegant fruit shape, crisp and tender texture, moderate acidity and sweetness, thick fruit powder, rich fruit flavor and free kernel, which was selected from the local seedling trees of Nanchuan District, Chongqing. The tree of this variety is open, with strong growth potential, strong branching force and compact crown shape, grows in the 750m-1050m altitude area in Nanchuan, Chongqing, the fruit is medium size, nearly round, the top of the fruit is flat, the suture is flat, the left and right are symmetrical, the average longitudinal diameter is 3.3cm, the transverse diameter is 4cm, the single fruit weight is 36.1g, and the maximum single fruit weight is 51.8 g. The petiole is 1.5cm long and 0.1cm thick; the bottom color of the peel is green to green yellow, the peel is thin, the pulp is light yellow, the flesh is dense, the content of soluble solids is 16.7%, titratable acid is 0.46%, vitamin c6.80mg/100g. The edible rate of the fruit was 96.5%. There is no pre harvest fruit falling and fruit internal flow of gum, early fruit, high yield, and late ripening. It is planted in 750m-1050m altitude area of Chongqing, with strong resistance to adversity and wide adaptability. It has been promoted around 2000ha of planting area in Nanchuan, Chongqing and other districts.
