摘    要:探明杧果果肉细胞分裂期结束时的平均果实大小及细胞分裂期和膨大期的大致时间,以期为杧果发育与生理领域的研究提供细胞学理论依据,并为杧果生产中果实大小的调控及植物生长调节剂的使用提供理论指导。选用“贵妃”杧果为试材,于盛花期后不同天数进行取样;以传统石蜡切片法为基础,在脱水、透明、展片及粘片等具体方法上进行了适合杧果果肉特点的改良,制片后于NI/E智能生物显微镜(日本)下观察杧果果肉细胞的发育情况。试验结果表明:杧果果肉细胞分裂期结束时,平均果实纵径为34.79 ± 0.52 mm~41.71 ± 1.12 mm,平均果实横径为23.03 ± 0.56 mm~24.51 ± 0.59 mm;果肉细胞的分裂期于盛花期后37 d~56 d结束。

Abstract:Ascertaining the average fruit size at the end of the cell division stage of mango fruit and the approximate time of the cell division and expansion phase. It is expected to provide a cytology theoretical basis for the study of the development and physiological of the mango fruit. It also provides theoretical guidance for the regulation of fruit size and the use of plant growth regulators in mango production. The "Guifei mango was selected as the experimental material, and samples were taken on different days after the flowering period. Based on the traditional paraffin section method, the specific methods such as dehydration, transparency, section flatting and section adhesion are improved for the characteristics of the mango flesh.After the preparation, the development of the mango flesh cells was observed under the NI/E intelligent biological microscope (Japan). The results showed that the average fruit longitudinal diameter was 34.79 ± 0.52 mm~41.71 ± 1.12 mm at the end of the cell division stage, and the average fruit transverse diameter was 23.03 ± 0.56 mm~24.51 ± 0.59 mm. The cell division stage ends at 37 ~ 56 days after the flowering period
