| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型气吹式秋后残膜回收机的工作原理，对其主要工作零部件起膜铲、切膜辊、捡膜辊的结构及结构参数进行了分析研究，给出了这几个主要零部件结构参数的选取范围，并建立了捡膜辊齿的运动方程。通过分析提出了捡膜辊装置应采用间歇运动回转机构，这样该装置既可保证无漏捡的情况发生，又可获得较好的风机气流通过性。

| Abstract: | The working principle of a new type of machine used plastic film collection with air blast after harvest was introduced .The configuration and the designing parameters of the main working parts which were shovel of loosing plastic film,cutting film wheel and the wheel of picking plastic film were studied and analyzed .The selecting scope of these main working parts was given and the motion equation of the track of the tooth of the wheel picking plastic film was set up.A intermissive rotary machine of picking plastic film wheel which can not only avoid the leak of used film but also obtain better airflow through performance was suggested. |
