摘    要:目的]测定低温处理下库尔勒香梨枝条的生理生化指标,分析产量与抗寒性的关系.方法]以30年生库尔勒香梨树为试验对象,在果实采收时根据产量确定试验取样树,试验分为3个处理:高产(140~160 kg/株)、中产(90~110 kg/株)、低产(50~70 kg/株).选取树冠外围生长健壮,粗细均匀当年生枝条,室内人工低温处理,测定枝条电解质渗出率、MDA、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、SOD、POD生理生化指标,分析产量与抗寒性的关系.结果]随着处理温度的降低,电解质渗出率和MDA含量明显增加,呈正相关,且相关性显著;可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性和POD活性总体呈上升趋势,可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量与SOD活性和POD活性呈负相关.结论]各产量处理的抗寒性强弱顺序为:中产>低产>高产.试验技条在剪离梨树条件下进行,可能与生产实际存在一定的差异,需要进一步深入研究.

Evaluation on Freezing Resistance of Branches of Korle Fragrant Pear with Different Yield
Abstract:【Objective】The Physiological Biochemical Characteristics of the branches were analyzed to study the relationship between outputs and cold resistance.【Method】Korla fragrant pears of 30 years were used as experimental objects in this article and sampling according to the output when its fruit collected.The experimental objects were divided into three treatments by different output-the high yielding(140-160 kg/per tree),the middle yielding(90-110 kg/per tree) and the low yielding(50-70 kg/per tree).The branches of healthy and similar diameter that were located on the outer layer of the crown of the tree were selected for sampling.After treated with different compels of low temperature in laboratory,the Physiological Biochemical Characteristics of the branches such as electrolyte conductivities,MDA,soluble sugar,dissociated proline,SOD,POD activity were studied and the relationship between outputs and cold resistance was analyzed.【Results】As the results showed that the electrolyte conductivity,MDA accumulation and soluble sugar,dissociated proline,SOD,POD activity were increased along with the decreasing temperature,especially the electrolyte conductivity and the contents of MDA raised obviously.The electrolyte conductivity and the contents of MDA were positive correlation.soluble sugar and proline compared with the activity of SOD and POD were negative correlation.【Conclusion】The order of cold resistance ability of branches with different output treatments was: the middle yielding>the low yielding>the high yielding.This experiment was held under being off matrix condition,so there are some difference between real yielding.It needs further study.
