摘    要:为探讨NSCC涂膜对黄花梨保鲜效果,研究了20 ℃下1%的NSCC涂膜处理对黄花梨果实成熟及其细胞壁组分代谢的影响.结果表明,NSCC涂膜处理不但推迟了黄花梨果实呼吸高峰和乙烯高峰的出现时间,而且抑制了黄花梨果实PE、PG和纤维素酶活性的增加,延缓了纤维素和原果胶的降解,延缓水溶性果胶含量增加,保持了果肉硬度.1%的N...

Abstract:In order to explore the effectiveness of nano-SiOx/chitosan complex(NSCC) on postharvest Huanghua pear fruit(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai),fruits were stored at 20 ℃ after coating with 1% NSCC.The effect of NSCC coating on the ripening and cell wall metabolism in fruit was investigated.Results showed that NSCC coating not only significantly delayed the onset of climacteric ethylene production and respiration in fruit,and also significantly decreased the activities of pectinesterase(PE),polygalacturonase(PG) and cellulase during storage.NSCC coating also delayed the depolymerization of propectin,cellulose and inhibited the increase of water soluble pectin(WSP),maintained fruit firmness.Application of NSCC can extend 10 days of the storage life of Huanghua pear fruit.
