| 摘 要： | 社区图书馆是对公民进行继续教育、终身教育和素质教育的场所，其社会教育职能可提高社区居民的综合素质，从而提高整个城市的文明程度，在城市建设中发挥积极的作用。本文从社区图书馆的定义及特点入手．在论述社区图书馆职能的基础上，提出了加强社区图书馆建设的构想。
