| 摘 要： | 根据已测猪圆环病毒2型湖南分离株（HN0712）全基因序列，设计一对克隆和表达HN0712株ORF2全基因（709bp）的引物，利用原核表达载体pET-32a（＋）获得重组pET—ORF2质粒。经IPTG诱导后成功地在BL21宿主菌中表达分子质量约为48．2ku的融合蛋白。Western blot分析表明，该融合蛋白具有较好的反应原性。 |

| Abstract: | A pair of primers were designed according to the porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2)sequences to amplify the complete open reading frame(ORF2) gene of PCV-2 isolation strain from Hunan province(HN0712).The amplified products were cloned into pET-32a(+) to construct recombinant plasmid pET-ORF2.After IPTG induction of different concentrations in BL21 bacteria,a 48.2 ku fusion protein was expressed and analyzed by Western blot.The fusion protein had a good immunoreactiviby with PCV-2. |
