土壤湿热灭菌对连作棉花生长发育的影响

摘    要:利用土壤湿热灭菌,研究灭菌对棉花生长发育的影响。试验结果表明,灭菌处理后连茬(连续种植12 a)棉花死苗率降低26%,病株率降低43.0%。灭菌处理后,连茬棉花株高、干物质重前期增加,分别增加30%和26.2%,但后期减少,株高降低12.7%,地上部干物质重减少66.7%,地下部干物质重减少44.5%。土壤生物学因素不仅是导致棉花连作减产的重要因素,也是促进养分循环,促进棉花生长的重要因素。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to verify the effect of soil sterilization with damp-heat on growth and development of cotton in both normal cropping and continuous cropping for 12-years.The results showed that the death rate and the sick plant rate of continuous cropped cotton plants was reduced 26.0% and 43.0% respectively by sterilization treatment.After sterilization treatment,the early plant height and dry weight of continuous cropped cotton plants increased by 30% and 26.2% respectively.But later the plant height reduced by 12.7%,dry-weight of shoot reduced by 66.7%,dry-weight of roots reduced by 44.5%.Soil biological factors are important factors leading to the reduction of cotton output for the continuous cropped cotton,as well as important factor in promoting nutrient cycle and the growth of cotton.
