S_(3307)及其与SA复配对万寿菊穴盘苗生长和抗性生理的影响

摘    要:以万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L.)穴盘苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度烯效唑(S3307)及其与水杨酸(SA)复配对万寿菊穴盘苗生长和抗性生理的影响。结果表明:与ck相比,S3307及其与SA复配可降低万寿菊穴盘苗株高、冠幅,提高茎粗、根体积、根冠比(R/T)、根活力、全株干重,降低其叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率,提高其叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)的含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性。说明S3307及其与SA复配改善了万寿菊穴盘苗的生长状况和生理代谢水平。最佳处理为10 mg/L S3307+100 mg/L SA。
