膨化血粉水平对育肥鹅生产性能和肉品质的影响

摘    要:研究在相同营养水平条件下不同水平膨化血粉对育肥鹅生产性能和肉品质的影响。试验选用300只56日龄豁眼鹅,公母各半,体重2 412.85±68.37 g,随机分为试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,分别加入1.5%、3.0%和4.5%的膨化血粉,每组设5个重复,每个重复20只鹅,试验时间14d。结果表明,与试验Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组相比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重分别提高5.15%、8.14%(p<0.05),料重比分别降低3.36%、4.64%(p<0.05);腿肌中DM含量分别提高6.02%、8.16%(p<0.05),CP含量分别提高8.08%、11.52%(p<0.05);腿肌CP中12种氨基酸含量显著提高(p<0.05),其中Met含量分别提高7.32%、8.37%,Lys含量分别提高3.73%、4.21%,风味氨基酸谷氨酸含量分别提高3.00%、4.06%。说明在育肥鹅日粮中添加3%膨化血粉,可以显著提高生产性能,改善肉质。

Abstract:Effects of different levels of expanded blood meal on production performance and meat quality of fatting goose was studied.Three hundred 56-day-old Huoyan geese which initial BW was 2412.85±68.37 g were randomly divided into 3 groups,5 replications each group,20 geese each replication.1.5%,3.0% and 4.5% expanded blood powder was added to the 3 groups,respectively.The experiment lasted 14 days.The results showed that compared with group I and group Ⅲ,the average daily gain of groupⅡ was improved by 5.15% and 8.14%(p<0.05),the feed to gain ratio(F/G) of groupⅡ was decreased by 3.36% and 4.64%(p<0.05),the content of DM and CP in leg muscle of groupⅡwas increased by 6.02% and 8.16%,8.08% and 11.52%(p<0.05).In addition,the content of 12 amino acids in leg muscle of groupⅡ was significantly higher than group I and group Ⅲ(p<0.05),of which the content of Met,Lys and Glu was increased by 7.32% and 8.37%,3.73% and 4.21%,3.00% and 4.06%(p<0.05).It suggested that the optimal supplementation of expanded blood meal in the fatting goose diets was 3.0%.It could greatly improve production performance and meat quality of fatting goose.
