| 摘 要： | 为研究不同类型玉米光合特性的差异,以普通玉米、超甜玉米和糯玉米为材料,在拔节期进行了净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合性能指标日变化的测定。结果表明:普通玉米、超甜玉米、糯玉米的净光合速率的最高值出现在9:00,10:00,12:00,气孔导度的最高值出现在10:00～12:00,蒸腾速率的最高值出现在10:00～12:00,在其他时间点3种类型玉米的日变化曲线大体趋势一致,呈单峰型,胞间CO2浓度的日变化曲线呈现出"高—低—高"的变化趋势。糯玉米的净光合速率普遍高于超甜玉米,超甜玉米的净光合速率普遍高于普通玉米。叶片的净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关,而与胞间CO2浓度呈极显著负相关。 |
