摘    要:利用旱冬瓜鲜叶不同浓度(20、10、5g/L)水浸提液处理云南松种子,研究了旱冬瓜鲜叶水浸液对云南松种子发芽后幼苗生长及其生理生化特性的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,用20、10g/L水提液处理的云南松幼苗的生长受到抑制,保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活性降低,O2-和丙二醛含量升高,根系活力降低,叶绿素含量减少;5g/L水提液可促进云南松幼苗的生长,保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活性升高,O2-和丙二醛含量降低,根系活力增强,叶绿素含量增加.统计分析表明,20、5g/L水提液处理的幼苗生长指标和生理指标与对照间皆呈显著或极显著差异,其中生长指标中根长对化感作用最为敏感,生理指标中根系活力、SOD酶活性对化感作用较为敏感.

Abstract:Effect of water extract of different concentrations(20、10、5 g/L)from Alnus nepalensis on the seedling growth and its physiology and biochemistry characteristics of Pinus yunnanensis was studied.Results showed that compared with the contrast,after treated with 20 g/L and 10 g/L water extract,the seedling growth was inhibited especially the root length,the activities of protective enzymes,SOD,POD and CAT decreased,the contents of O-2 and malondialdehyde both increased,the root activity decreased and chlorophyll content decreased too.While treated with 5 g/L water extract,seedling growth was promoted,the activity of protective enzymes,SOD,POD and CAT increased,the contents of O-2 and malondialdehyde decreased,the root activity and chlorophyll content increased.Through the analysis of variance and multiple comparisons,the seedling growth and physiological indexes between high concentration water extract treatments and control were significant or extremely significant different.Among all growth indexs,the root length was the most sensitive on allelopathy.Root activity and SOD enzyme activity were more sensitive on allelopathy among physiological indexs.
