| 摘 要： | 植物生长调节剂对春石斛的花期调控试验结果表明,不经低温诱导、10月份应用植物生长调节剂能促进春石斛杂交种在春节前开花,但最高节开花率仅为21.5%;结合外界低温,11月份应用植物生长调节剂能促进春石斛野生种大苞鞘石斛提前20 d开花,节开花率达50%,且花质明显提高.

| Abstract: | A method to induce early in vivo flowering of 2 kinds of Nobile-type Dendrobium was achieved for shortening the juvenile period of these temperate orchids.Using plant growth regulators,21.5% of branches(Nobile-type Dendrobium hybrid)bloomed normally in spring festival.Conbinating lower temperate culture,50% of branches developed into normal flowers (Dendrobium wardianum Warner),which could bloom 20 d earlier than the control. |
