硫化细菌的分离及对碱土pH的影响

摘    要:通过对样品的富集,利用选择培养进行化能自养硫化细菌的分离;以大庆本地碱土作为实验材料,通过硫化细菌及辅料的添加,利用pH计测定碱土pH值变化。分离获得了硫化细菌lh-1,利用该菌株改良碱土以添加0.27% 硫粉混合硫化细菌效果最为明显,经过两个半月的改良,pH可从10.53降到8.23。

Isolation of sulfide bacteria and its effect on pH of alkaline earth

Abstract:Through the enrichment of samples, the selective culture was used to isolate the chemoautotrophic sulfide bacteria; the alkaline soil in Daqing was used as the experimental material, and the pH value of alkaline soil was determined by pH meter through the addition of sulfide bacteria and auxiliary materials. Sulfurizing bacteria LH-1 was isolated and used to improve alkaline soil. Adding 0.27% sulfur powder mixed with sulfurizing bacteria had the most obvious effect. After two and a half months of improvement, pH could be reduced from 10.53 to 8.23.
