| 摘 要： | 观察了38例雏鸡实验性大肠杆菌病的病理变化，发现其主要特征是各脏器出现亚急性浆液－－纤维性炎症，有大量嗜异性白细胞浸润并形成化脓灶，局部组织水肿、坏死，同时淋巴细胞增生，炎症迁延到慢性阶段时，脏器表面的纤维素性渗出物发生机化，重要病变为纤维素性化脓性气囊炎，浆液性纤维素性心包炎和肝周炎，脾肿大，肺肉芽肿结芽。

| Abstract: | The pathological changes of 38 cases of experimental colibacillosis in chicks were observed.The results show that the chief characteristic is that its viscera have subacute serous fibrotic inflammation where many heterophil leucocytes were soakaged and come into purulent focus. Local tissue has dropsy and putrescence. Lymphoblastic cells have hyperplasia. When the inflammation develop into chronic phrase,the fibrotic exudation on the viscera occur to organization.The important pathological changes are fibinous purulent airsacculitis, serous fibrotic pericarditis ,perihepatitis with spleenomegaly and granuloma of the lung. |
