杂交中稻收割前再生芽死亡机理及其调节

摘    要: 以 3个杂交中稻品种为材料 ,研究了杂交中稻收割前再生芽死亡机理及其调节。结果表明 :( 1 )头季稻收割前再生芽死亡率高 ,死亡主要集中于倒 4、倒 5节位芽 ;再生芽长度与死亡率呈极显著负相关 ,死亡芽中 95%的长度≤ 3.5cm。 ( 2 )杂交中稻收割前再生芽死亡率高的机理是头季稻抽穗后光合物质主要是供穗部籽粒灌浆结实 ,分配给再生芽生长利用的光合物质极少 ;环境因素对再生芽生长的促进作用 ,必须在一定量的光合物质供给的基础上才能显现。 ( 3)促芽肥施用时期距头季稻齐穗期天数与再生力呈极显著负相关关系 ,但其效果与母茎营养状况有关 ,当母茎营养状况过好或极差时 ,促芽肥施用时期对再生力的影响较小

Abstract:From 1995 to 1997, the death mechanism of axillary buds before harvest of the midseason rice and Its improvement were studied with the hybrid rice Keiyou 3, Keiyou 5 and Shanyou 63.The results were as follow: (1) Death rate of axillary buds was very high before harvest of midseason rice,especially at the 4th and the 5th nodes from top.Among of the dead buds,95% of them were below 3.5cm in length.Highly significant negative correlation was observed between the dead buds rate and the length of buds.(2)The death mechanism of axillary buds before harvest of main crop was that most of the photosynthates were transported to panicles after full heading of main crop,little was distributed to the axillary buds.Only when more photosynthates of main crop were transported to their stems,then the axillary buds stretched quickly and the effect of improving light condition and N application on accelerating axillary buds growth begin to appear.(3)Highly significant negative correlations were observed between the ratooning ability and the days from the date of N application for bud development (NABD) to the full heading date of main crop.The best date of the NABD was full heading of main crop,but the effect of the date of NABD on increasing in grain yield of ratooning rice was related to the dry weight of the basic stems,the effect was little when the dry weight of the basic stems were very high or low.
