40%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂在甘蓝植株和土壤中的消解动态研究

摘    要:为了解40%甲维.毒死蜱水乳剂在甘蓝植株和土壤上使用后的安全性状况,采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)和气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)分别对甘蓝植株和土壤样品中的甲维盐及毒死蜱的含量进行测定,并通过田间试验对药中甲维盐和毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的消解动态进行研究。结果表明:甲维盐和毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中均消解较快,甲维盐在甘蓝植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为17.68和40.52 h;毒死蜱在甘蓝植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.54~4.68 d和4.13~15.40d。这说明40%甲维.毒死蜱水乳剂属较易降解农药,对甘蓝植株及土壤均安全无害。

Abstract:In order to understand the safety of 40% emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos EW for cabbage and soil,the residues of emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos in samples of cabbage plant and soil were determined by HPLC-FLD and GC-ECD,respectively.While,the degradation dynamics of emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil were researched through field experiment.The results showed that emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos dissipated rapidly in cabbage and soil,the half-lives of emamectin benzoate in cabbage and soil were 17.68 and 40.52 h,respectively,the half-lives of chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil were 1.54~4.68 days and 4.13d~15.40 days,respectively.Therefore,the 40% emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos EW is an easily degradable pesticide,and it is safe for cabbage and soil.
