微卫星标记与仙居鸡体重的相关性

摘    要:利用29个微卫星标记的多态性分析仙居鸡12周龄体重与微卫星标记的相关性。试验结果表明:位于3号染色体和连锁群E27C36W25W26上的2个微卫星标记MCW222、MCW165与仙居鸡12周龄体重显著相关。

Abstract:The genomes of Xianju chicken were screened by using microsatellite as a molecular marker. Based on the polymorphism of 29 microsatellite markers, the relationship between microsatellite loci and its body weight was analyzed. The results was that body weight at the age of 12 weeks was significantly associated with 2 microsatellite loci:MCW222 and MCW165 in chromosome 3 and linking group E27C36W25W26.
