猪瘟病毒E2基因DNA疫苗的试验研究

摘    要:用构建的E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA疫苗对Balb/c小鼠、家兔和仔猪进行免疫,经3次肌肉接种,间隔15 d免疫后,测定抗体水平.结果表明,构建的DNA疫苗能诱导小鼠产生中和性抗体,免疫家兔最少可抵抗10个最小感染剂量(M ID)的猪瘟兔化弱毒苗的攻击.攻毒试验结果表明,E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA疫苗可抵抗致死剂量的CSFV石门株强毒的攻击.

Abstract:Balb/c mice,rabbits and young pigs were vaccinated by intramuscular injection with the recombinant plasmid E2-pcDNA4.0.After 3 immunizations and detecting the antibody level,the result indicated that the DNA vaccine could induce the mice producing neutralization antibody;and the rabbits resisting at least 10 minimum infectious dose(MID) of the attacking.And the result of the conteracting toxic substances experiments of the young pigs manifested that the E2-pcDNA4.0 DNA vaccine could counteract the attacking of the shimen strain.
