内蒙古菊芋食品的现状及开发前景

摘    要:菊芋是一种具有多种生理功能的天然绿色食品,极具开发价值。菊芋全粉和菊粉都是良好的食品配料,在食品中尤其在乳制品中具有广泛的应用。文章简述了内蒙古菊芋食品的现状及其开发前景,为自治区以菊芋为原料的健康食品产业的发展提供参考。

Abstract:Jerusalem artichoke is one of multiple physiological functions of the natural green food,with valuable developing future.The powder and inulin of Jerusalem artichoke is widely used as food ingredients,especially in dairy products.The paper summarized Jerusalem artichoke's status and development prospect for the reference of researches and developing on health food industry related Jerusalem artichoke in Inner Mongolia.
