甘松挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]对甘松挥发油化学成分进行分析。方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取甘松中的挥发油,通过GC—MS对其化学成分进行分析。结果]从甘松挥发油中鉴定出56种化合物,占挥发油总组分的73.5%。其中白菖烯含量最多,其次是9-Arstolen-1,2-ol和γ古芸烯等。结论]该研究可为全面开发和综合利用甘松这一植物资源提供科学指导。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.Method] The volatile oil from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SED),then separated and analyzed by GC-MS.Result] 56 compounds were separated from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.,which accounted for 73.5% of all the volatile oil.Of all the indentified components,calarene was the most,followed by 9-Arstolen-1,2-ol and γ-gurjunene and so on.Conclusion] The study provided scientific guidance for the overall development and comprehensive utilization of Nardostachys chinensis Batal..
