普洱茶多糖抗疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的]研究普洱茶多糖的抗疲劳作用。方法]健康昆明种小鼠30只,随机分成3组(10只/组,雌雄各半):对照组(Ⅰ组)、普洱茶多糖水溶液处理组(Ⅱ组)、普洱茶水浸液处理组(Ⅲ组),连续饲喂14 d,检测其运动耐力和血清尿素氮含量。结果]Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组小鼠运动耐力分别为(187.2±4.7)、(438.5±20.3)、(270.3±7.8)min,血清尿素氮值分别为(8.168 7±0.194 4)、(1.680 6±0.156 8)、(4.231 0±0.349 2)mmol/L。可见给小鼠饲喂普洱茶多糖和普洱茶水浸液都能显著降低其血清尿素氮形成,同时也能显著提高小鼠的运动耐力,延长其游泳时间,且茶多糖效果比茶水浸液效果好。结论]茶叶多糖具有一定的抗疲劳作用。

Study on the Effect of the Polysaccharide from Pu-erhTea on the Anti-fatigue

Abstract:Objective] The role of the polysaccharide of Pu-erh tea in the anti-fatigue was studied.Method] 30 health mice were divided into randomly into 3 groups(half male and half female in each group) and the GroupⅠ was not treated as the CK,GroupⅡ was fed with the water solution with the polysaccharide from Pu-erh tea and Group Ⅲ was fed with Pu-erh tea water.The moving endurance time and the quantity of blood urea nitrogen of the mice were tested after the continuous 14 days′feeding.Results] The moving endurance time of GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ and GroupⅢ was(187.2±4.7) minutes,(438.5±20.3) minutes and(270.3±7.8) minutes and the value of blood urea nitrogen of GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ and GroupⅢ was(8.168 7±0.194 4) mmol/L,(1.680 6±0.156 8) mmol/L and(4.231 0±0.349 2) mmol/L.It can be seen that the formation of the blood urea nitrogen in mouse fed with the solution of the polysaccharide or the extract of Pu-erh tea could be significantly reduced,and meanwhile,the moving endurance of mouse could be strengthened for much longer swimming time.The effect of tea polysaccharide on mouse was better than that of the tea extract.Conclusion] The tea polysaccharide had a certain effect on anti-fatigue of mouse.
