菜薹授粉受精及胚胎发育过程的观察

摘    要:目的]研究菜薹的授粉受精及胚胎发育过程,为菜薹育种学及组织培养工作提供参考。方法]以青露菜薹(2n=2x=20)为试材,对其授粉受精及胚胎发育过程进行系统观察研究。结果]菜薹花粉活力强,萌发率高,花粉管在花柱和子房中生长正常。双受精后合子伸长经不均等分裂形成二细胞原胚,经继续有丝分裂形成T原形胚,球形原胚,经过心形期、鱼雷形期、手杖形期、马蹄形期,最后发育成熟。结论]菜薹授粉受精过程正常,胚胎发育过程与芸苔属其他蔬菜原胚发育相一致,属柳叶菜型。

Study on the Process of Pollination, Fertilization and Embryo Development in False Pakchoi

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to study the process of pollination,fertilization and embryo development in False Pakchoi and provide reference for breeding and tissue culture of False Pakchoi.Method] With False Pakchoi(2n=2x=20) as material,the process of pollination,fertilization and embryo development were studied systematically.Result] The pollen vitality of False Pakchoi was strong;moreover,pollen tube grew normally in style and ovary.After double fertilization,zygote by inequality division formed proembryo including two cells.The proembryo by mitosis formed T type,ball type proembryo,and then developed mature finally after heart type,torpedo type,stick type and horseshoe type.Conclusion] The process of pollination,fertilization in False Pakchoi was normal.The embryo development was consistent with other Brassica vegetables,and belongs to onagrad type.
